In a note for his son, Akshay Kumar wrote on Instagram, “Happy Birthday Aarav! Watching you grow into the kind and loving person you are fills my heart with pride every single day. Words can’t do justice to how much joy you bring into my life. May this year bring you as much happiness as you give to everyone around you. Love you always!”

Twinkle also wrote a heartwarming note for Aarav. She said, “Happy birthday Aarav! When I used to listen to you repeatedly tell me how much you were looking forward to your independence, I would feel that when you finally leave my home and step into your own, my lights will go off automatically and my world will be filled with a bleak darkness. When you would return for a visit, I would light numerous diyas and pretend that this was not a permanent power failure; we were just celebrating Diwali. But I didn’t realise then that someone who lives in your heart never leaves even when they change their longitude. My world lights up with every phone call, and every message, even if it’s about dirty laundry.”

In an interview to cricketer Shikhar Dhawan, Akshay had opened up about Aarav leaving home at the age of 15 for further studies. He said, “My son Aarav is studying at the university in London. He left home at the age of 15. He was always fond of studying and wanted to stay alone. It was his decision to move even though I didn’t want him to go. However, I could not stop him because I left my home at the age of 14.” The actor had said that Aarav is someone who is very hands-on and does all his chores himself. “He does his own laundry, he is a good cook, does the utensils and doesn’t even want to buy expensive clothes. In fact, he goes to a second-hand store, Thrifty, to buy clothes because he doesn’t believe in wastage,” Akshay said.

Reacting to the birthday post, Huma Qureshi called Aarav ‘the best boy,’ and another fan commented, “Happy Birthday Handsome Daddy’s Handsome Son.” Many fans also referred Aarav as Jr. Khiladi.

On the work front, Akshay Kumar was last seen in the comedy-drama Khel Khel Mein, he has Sky Force, Housefull 5, Welcome To The Jungle, and Jolly LLB 3 coming up. Akshay who celebrated his birthday on 9th September also announced his next with Priyadarshan called Bhoot Bangla. Akshay will be soon flying to London to shoot for Sajid Nadiadwala’s Housefull 5.
