Kriti Sanon, Kajol latest film Do Patti release: Get ready to see Kajol in a cop’s avatar for the first time since her debut. On Monday, Netflix released a quirky video announcing the release date of Do Patti and offering a sneak peek at the characters. Kajol showcased her never-before-seen look as a police officer, while Kriti Sanon hinted at an exciting dual role.

The video opens with Kajol, playing a cop, entering a cafeteria and spotting Kriti Sanon, who appears to be on the run. The two share some playful banter while teasing the film’s release date. It concludes with Kriti, in her dual role, warning Kajol that her troubles will double on October 25. Sharing the video, Netflix wrote on its official social media handles, “Ab hoga Khel shuru, lekin iss kahaani ke hai do pehlu. Do patti releases on 25 October, only on Netflix.”

The film written by Kanika Dhillon, the writer behind Haseen Dilruba films, and Rashmi Rocket, is directed by Shashank Chaturvedi. Kanila Dhillon is also the co-producer of the film along with Kriti Sanon’s production banner, Blue Butterfly Films.

The female-led film is touted to be a mystery thriller, set in the hills of North India. Previously, the makers of the film released a teaser, introducing the film’s characters, where Kriti Sanon was shown as a vindictive victim seeking retribution.
