Every year, several Bollywood celebrities come together under one roof to celebrate Durga Puja. This year, too, actors such as Rani Mukerji, Kajol, Ranbir Kapoor, Tanishaa Mukerji, Jaya Bachchan, Sumona Chakravarti, Vatsal Sheth and Ishita Dutta were seen participating in the festivities, which kick started at Mumbai’s famous North Bombay Durga Puja pandal, on Thursday Many photos and videos from the venue were shared online.
Sushmita Sen, her ex-partner Rohman Shawl, and daughter Alisah, were seen arriving at the puja pandal. Before entering the venue, the actor found herself surrounded by her fans, and she obliged them with photos. Sushmita then headed towards the Durga idol with her family. While Sushmita was busy meeting and greeting people, Rohman seemed concerned about Alisah as she walked ahead.
Sushmita also bowed done to take the blessing inform of the huge Durga idol.
Videos of Tanishaa Mukerji performing the dhunuchi naach at the puja venue were also shared online. “Dhunuchi Naach ❤️ Celebrating Pujo with joy and dance !! 😍 Also reuniting with my dance partner… @mr.tarunraj @northbombaydurgapuja,” shared the actor.
Kajol shared a series of photos. She had a good time with actor couple Vatsal Sheth and Ishita Dutta’s child. “Pujo vibes… first day feels.#babylove #itsavibe #pandallife,” wrote Kajol.
Earlier in the day, videos of Kajol interacting with Jaya Bachchan and Rani Mukerji were shared online. In a clip, Kajol was seen in a playful mode with Rani, who was also seen sharing a chat with Ranbir Kapoor.
Sumona Chakravarti posted a series of photos and captioned her post, “Shubho Saptami 🌸🌷💕 Pujo vibe with my tribe 🙌🏽.”
