Amitabh Bachchan has kicked off the shooting for the 16th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati and shared the news with his fans on his blog. The legendary actor also posted several behind-the-scene photos from the set, offering a glimpse into his experience as he interacts with contestants and reflects on their inspiring stories.
In the photos, Big B is seen energetically heading towards the set and greeting the audience with folded-hands gesture. He shared multiple snapshots of himself and wrote,, “The first day of the 16th season of KBC .. and the nerves and the apprehension and the tensions of the changes and the audience being receptive all rolled into one big bag of dhag, dhag, dhak in the region of the dhak dhak .. 🤣 day over slumber over over over .. a long over .. and now just lounging with the idea of an early night because the timetable says so.”
Discussing his interactions with the contestants, Bachchan wrote, “The contestants – well – are great many of much superior talent and immense knowledge and grace and our duty then to see they have an enjoyable evening.” The megastar also recounted his journey home after filming and how he got stuck in Mumbai traffic due to the rain. He joked about almost needing to swim to get home but was relieved to eventually make it safely.
Currently, Amitabh Bachchan is enjoying the success of his latest film Kalki 2898 AD, which has grossed Rs 1,100 crore worldwide. His performance as Ashwatthama has garnered widespread acclaim and praise.
