Actor Shraddha Kapoor is gearing up to return to the big screens with Stree 2 in August. The actor enjoys a huge social media following, but has historically remained tight-lipped about her personal life. But on Wednesday, the actor appeared to make her relationship with rumoured boyfriend Rahul Mody official. The two have been spotted together a few times, giving rise to speculations. But now, Shraddha seems to have finally let the cat out of the bag.
Sharing a picture with Rahul, Shraddha wrote on her Instagram stories, “Dil rakh le, need to vaapis de de yaar (Keep my heart, but return my sleep buddy).” She also added the song “Neend Churaaiyi Meri” from the movie Ishq while she shared the photo.

As per reports, Shraddha and Rahul have been dating for some time now. The couple seem to have gotten close while they worked together on the film Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. Even though Shraddha and Rahul have wanted to keep their relationship private, the two grabbed a lot of attention when they were spotted together in Jamnagar at Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding celebrations earlier this year.
In 2023, Rahul and Shraddha were also spotted on a dinner date. Rahul, who co-wrote Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, was a good friend of Shraddha’s even before they worked together on TJMM. What further fueled speculations was Shraddha wearing an ‘R’ alphabet locket during one of her public appearances. She was previously said to be dating photographer Rohan Shreshtha.
On the work front, Shraddha has Stree 2 coming up. The film will be released in theatres in August, and continues Maddock’s shared universe of horror comedy movies, following the surprise hit Munjya.
