Veteran actor Tanuja is celebrating her 81st birthday today. Her daughters and actors Kajol and Tanishaa Mukerji made sure that she rang in her special day in a grand manner. Kajol shared Tanuja’s recent photo where she and sister Tanishaa are posing with their ‘goddess’.
Kajol posted on her Instagram account, “If birthdays were flowers we would have flooded the table.. happy happy 81st aka 18 to our evergreen, crazy, beautiful goddess ! Love you to the moon and back momma .. 💕 💕 #happybirthdaymom #eighteenforever.”
Tanuja’s birthday cake featured an old photo of hers and the note read, “Gorgeous as always.”
Tanishaa Mukerji also shared an inside video as Tanuja cut her birthday cake. Tanuja was seen blushing as Kajol, Tanishaa and others sang the happy birthdya song for her.

A day before, Kajol also wrote a post on Daughter’s Day. In the first photo, she was seen with her mom Tanuja and sister Tanishaa while the second picture featured her daughter Nysa Devgan.
“Happy daughters day to all these gorgeous girls .. and off course my diva, and to all those I know and those I don’t .. we don’t need a day to celebrate that we are daughters but it sure feels good.. and all we need is a chance to eat cake anyways 😉 #tanuja #happydaughtersday,” wrote Kajol.
Reacting to the post, Nysa wrote in the comment section, “4 identical smiles l8r💖.”
