Every actor harbouring starry dreams in their eyes and coming to Mumbai, would aspire to reach a position in life to buy a property in the upscale Juhu area in the Maximum city. A couple of months back, Kartik Aaryan, purchased and registered an apartment in the Siddhi Vinayak Presidency Co-operative Housing. The property, which covers almost 1912 sq. ft costs Rs 17.5 crore, and is jointly owned by Kartik and his mother, Mala Tiwari. The transaction that incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 1.05 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000, includes two car parking spaces.
In the latest update from this housing front, Kartik has recently rented out this Juhu property for Rs 4.5 lakh per month, according to the SquareYards.com website. This property is the second in the building for Kartik after his parents invested in a Rs 16.5 crore apartment on the 8th floor of the housing project.
With Juhu becoming a real-estate hub, and in many ways, India’s very own Beverly Hills, housing some of the biggest stars of Indian cinema, the housing society is turning out to be one of the prime properties in the city. The viewpoints are bolstered by the scenic beachfront, and the luxury high-rises are thriving with a vibrant atmosphere in addition to the abundant world-class amenities found in its vicinity. The society is well on the way to becoming a landmark with the who’s who of the country, including celebrities, businesspeople, and professionals, calling it home. In fact, earlier this year, legendary writer-lyricist Javed Akhtar purchased a property in the heart of Juhu, which reiterates the belief that this is the place to be.
Meanwhile, Kartik, who was seen in Kabir Khan’s Chandu Champion, will return to the third instalment of the Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, which also stars Tripti Dimri, marks the return of Vidya Balan to the franchise. The film is expected to release this Diwali.
