Actor Prithviraj Sukumaran delivered a smashing hit with his Malayalam survival drama, Aadujeevitham: The Goat Life, earlier this year. In Bollywood, the actor was last seen playing a villain in Akshay Kumar starrer Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. With a successful trajectory down South, the actor has now reportedly purchased a lavish duplex flat at Pali Hill, Bandra in Mumbai. According to a report in Hindustan Times, the recent flat bought by Prithviraj costs a whopping Rs 30.6 crores and is spread across 2970 sq. ft.
As per the property registration documents accessed by SquareYards, the duplex is located in a building called Narain Terraces. The documents also state that the flat bought by the actor also includes four car parking spaces. The transaction was registered on 12th September and a stamp duty of Rs 1.84 crores and registration fee of Rs 30000 was paid.
This is the second house that Prithviraj now owns in Pali Hill. The actor and his wife Supriya Menon also have another luxury apartment in the same area which is worth Rs 17 crores. Pali Hill is quite a posh locality in Mumbai where some of the biggest stars reside, namely Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Neetu Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Tiger Shroff. Sometime back, Ranveer Singh and Tripti Dimrii also invested in a house in the same area.

On the work front, Prithviraj’s last film Aadujeevitham: The Goat Life did quite well commercially. The film was directed and produced by Blessy and was also internationally co-produced. Adapted from the 2008 best-selling novel by Benyamin with the same name, the film was based on the real-life story of a Malayali immigrant laborer working in the Gulf.
