Officials in northern Mexico say nine people were killed and more than 120 injured when strong winds caused a stage to collapse at a political event. In Texas, a reported tornado ripped through a town north of Austin, causing widespread destruction a day after five people were killed by severe storms in Iowa. NBC News’ Maggie Vespa reports.
