London Spirit moved up to third in the Hundred’s women’s competition table with a convincing win over Manchester Originals at Lord’s.
England’s Charlie Dean starred with the ball for Spirit, taking 3-20 as the visitors were limited to 112-7.
Spirit slipped to 25-2 in response but Georgia Redmayne struck a superb 66 off 59 balls to help her side complete their chase with eight balls remaining and eight wickets in hand.
The Australian enjoyed an unbeaten 90-run partnership with England skipper Heather Knight, who finished on 29 from 27 deliveries.
If results fall their way Spirit could seal a top-three finish with victory over London rivals Oval Invincibles, who are currently fourth, on Sunday.
