Yami Gautam shares first photo post son’s birth, gives a sneak peek into her new mommy life: ‘About colourful burp-cloths’ | Bollywood News

Yami Gautam is among the new mommies in the B-town. After welcoming her son Vedavid in May, the actress posted her picture for the first time on her Instagram handle, giving her fans a little life update. The actress shared a picture from what seemed like her hometown Himachal Pradesh. In the picture, Yami could be seen in a comfy attire paired with a multi-colour shawl.

Sharing the photo, the actress wrote, “Lately life has been about colourful burp-cloths, some sunshine & trees.” This has been the actress’ first post-birth photo on social media. In between the actress had shared a photo of herself with her husband Aditya Dhar from the promotional event of their film Article 370. Sharing the photo, the actress wished her husband a happy third anniversary.

Previously, the couple announced the arrival of their baby through a joint Instagram post. Revealing the baby’s name, Yami wrote, “As we embark on this beautiful journey of parenthood, we eagerly anticipate the bright future that awaits our son. With every milestone he achieves, we are filled with the hope and belief that he will grow to become a beacon of pride for our entire family as well as our beloved nation.” The post had attracted congratulatory wishes from actors Ranveer Singh, Mrunal Thakur, Hrithik Roshan, and Ayushmann Khurrana among others.

Yami Gautam married her URI: The Surgical Strike director Aditya Dhar in 2021. The actress was last seen in the film Article 370. She is yet to announce her acting comeback after the arrival of her son.
